Citation in the Quran:

The word Zanjabil “ginger” is mentioned once in the Holy Qur’an in Surah Al Insan, ‘The Man chapter’. Allah the Most Sublime said; “And they will be given to drink there of a Cup (of Wine) mixed with Zanjabil” Surat Al-Insan, verse# 17

Ginger is not mentioned in the Hadith .
